In 2001, editorial cartoonist and former president of the National Cartoonists society and the National Cartoonists Society Foundation, Daryl Cagle, started a new editorial cartoon syndicate named Cagle Cartoons, Inc. (www.caglecartoons.com). Cagle Cartoons, Inc. distributes the cartoons of over sixty editorial cartoonists and over a dozen columnists to more than 850 subscribing newspapers in the United States and around the world, including over half of America’s daily, paid-circulation newspapers.
